I participated in three Focus Film Festivals, where a team of four or five were assigned a theme and had to produce a five-minute film within 72 hours. When producing Flipped, two people on the team had no prior knowledge in film. Me and the rest of the team walked them through the process and helped them participate by teaching them about basic lighting techniques and having them act.
